Who can travel with the discount and when are discounts applicable? |
Top |
| |
When booking hotels, only airline employees, their direct relatives (parents, dependents and siblings) are allowed to use the discount. However, if the airline employee wishes to book a vacation for him/herself and friends, they shall receive the discount for all parties. It is necessary for the airline employee to travel to receive this discount.
Cruise discounts are different from hotel discounts. Most cruiselines allow parents to travel without the airline employee. Certain cruiselines such as Royal Caribbean, Holland America and WIndstar allow dependents and in-laws also travel without the airline employee. Carnival and Princess require an airline employee to be staying in each reserved cabin. |

How do I get to and from the hotel and airport? |

Our hotel contracts do not include transportation.
